Due to our client’s very strict criteria, candidates with large, 5 star, “luxury” hotel experience in Rooms division will only be considered **  

A superior SE Asian group recognized for their luxury and award winning properties, seeks a strong and hands on Hotel Manager for their large and magnificent hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You must be a seasoned Hotel Manager who will lead and oversee this high end and very busy five star property.  This role will mainly be responsible for the entire Rooms Division operations, along with responsibilities in directing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.  

The ideal Hotel Manager will be a dynamic and a self-motivated individual.  Someone who can set an example with his abilities and leadership skills.  He/she must have the strong ability to create and deliver exceptional guest experiences and possess above average people and task management skills. 

Requirements:

Minimum ten years of luxury hotel experience, with at least five years at the Executive Level. 

Two years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or EAM Rooms.

Solid background in Rooms Division (600+) with exposure to large operations, including multiple restaurants, banquets and catering,  

The ideal candidate must be result oriented and someone who can interact well with the guests. 

Must have strong knowledge in finances and managing within tight cost and company budgets.  

Successful past history of increasing revenues and profits by improving productivity. 

Possess good knowledge of local competition and current hotel industry trends.
