We are searching for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in our Production Kitchen in the iconic Knightsbridge store.

You will be joining Harrods at one of the most exciting times as we undergo a true Taste Revolution. Last year saw the revamp of our Roastery & Bake Hall, while this year will reveal a fully redesigned Fresh Hall. This means that our lunch & dinner food range, cooked everyday by our Chefs in Production Kitchen, will be entirely reviewed to fit in the new room concept.

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the senior chef team to ensure exceptional culinary quality, while inspiring your team to work to the highest standards consistently.

With your excellent leadership skills and dedication to high standards, your team of skilled Chefs will create outstanding and cost effective food, whilst maintaining impeccable food hygiene. You will also assist with recruitment, training and development, managing the rota of staff and team meetings in order to maximise efficiency and nurture growth within your department.

Successful candidates will have excelled in a similar role and demonstrate a real passion for food.
