** To qualify for this role you must be a US citizen, Green Card Holder or have valid work permit ** One of the largest and fastest growing lifestyle hospitality groups who are recognized globally for their outstanding properties worldwide that include hotels, residences, restaurants and nightclubs, seeks a Vice President Food & Beverage for their Celebrity Restaurants Division. Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the COO of the Group, the VP F&B will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the group’s restaurants and nightlife venues throughout California. Previous experience in recognized restaurant brands like Zuma, Katsuya by Starck, Nobu and other similar brands would be preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role is very important, along with extensive exposure within a reputable corporate restaurant group. The individual should be practical, creative, a good motivator and team leader. Someone who keeps themselves updated about emerging cuisines and restaurants. You must be a good communicator and willing to travel quite frequently to visit the F&B operations. Must be able to formulate concept designs for restaurants, assist in planning kitchen set ups, have a high and uncompromising standard of service and product quality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background and the passion for quality and excellence. He/she will be outgoing, creative and eager to share his/her desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members.
