You will be responsible for the quality of product produced and served to our very demanding guests.
All products are made onboard fresh, daily. You will have a team of up to 6, and be responsible for quality, USPH, stock control and training.
You will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in either a branded 5* resort, Michelin restaurant or luxury cruise ship.
International Culinary education preferred, along with international experienceStart dates available throughout the year.
