We are currently searching for Guest Relations Manager required for Silversea a small luxury 6* Cruise Line.
You will be responsible for achieving guests satisfaction by providing guests with all services related to the Reception Desk and Guest Relations efficiently, promptly and truly reflecting the luxurious nature of the ship at all times.
Requirements:
→ Previous experience in similar position within luxury hospitality industry
→ Outstanding self-presentation & communication skills
→ Proven ability to lead by example and maximize performance of your team
→ Fluent English & French (additional languages an advantage)
→ Sound knowledge of Fidelio and other relevant software
