You will have the chance to be part of one of the most well-known brands in the world and create the best experience with the best people!                                                                                                                                                                  We at Harrods are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager                                                                                to join a new concept that is yet to be announced, which is due to open 2 February 2020.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                This role requires someone to be extremely customer focused, with high volume experience. You will drive and lead a team to achieve business objectives with a good understanding of financials.

The new concept is made up of 50 seats and up to 200 covers a day with a team of 16 people.

• The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager would have experience working in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operation, as well as the following:
• Hands-on approach
• Have an eye for details
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Commercially aware with deliverable KPIs
• Inspiring leader and motivator with people management skills and experience
