German Speaking Sous Chef
for a brand new Expedition vessel the Mystic Cruises!
Mystic Cruises is a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.
The brand new vessel will have a maximum of 200 guests onboard, and will operate in Arctic, Antarctic, Norway and the Mediterranean.
As a Sous Chef you will assist the Executive Chef in his/her daily duties and oversee the galley operation and maintain high level of food production. You will assist the executive chef during service hours and work in conjunction with the line cooks to ensure a smooth service.
Previous experience in a similar role is needed.
