We are looking for an organised and inspirational Assistant Manager

for our Roast & Bake Cafe located just outside our store, adjacent our staff entrance, you will help maintaining extraordinary standards for all, customers and staff alike. Working closely with the Manager, you will coach your team to deliver the Harrods customer service experience and achieve sales targets. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve. 

You have great communication skills and take great pride in encouraging and developing your team to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. You are someone naturally comfortable communicating with and motivating  your team.

You will ideally already be a manager in a high street cafe or fast-paced environment.
