Proven experience in this role within the river cruise industry. In charge of 2 outlets: a classic fine dining restaurant and an informal but luxurious bistro. Needs to be hands on, a good culinary trainer, and skilled manager in charge of the daily operation. We seek a positive, flexible and active person, who is able to build and coach the galley team and who interacts with guests when necessary.
Applicants who are holding a Sous Chef position, who are willing to grow professionally or are ready to take their next step, will be considered for the position as well. Salary, contract conditions, and starting date will be discussed based on personal experience.
