Guest Relation Manager
V.Hospitality are currently seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our prestigious client on a seasonal basis commencing April 2019. The resort, based in France, directly opposite Saint Tropez, is over one hundred years old and has been transformed into a private hotel residence making it simply one of a kind. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join an exceptional team who pride themselves in customer service and guest satisfaction.
A Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining, improving and developing the services department of the resort. You will act as a main point of contact for all Front of House team members and Guests of the resort. Main responsibilities include;
Informing clients of hotel services
Activity planning for guests
Analysing customer feedback and striving for perfection
Manage complaints accordingly
Communicate any guest requirements with hotel departments
Interested candidates should have a proven track record within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably within both a 5* hotel and cruise liner and experience supervising a team.
Language requirements - Fluent English/French
Degree - Hospitality Management
Live in accommodation – Provided
