HEAD BAKER
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the bakery kitchen and must demonstrate excellent bakery skills including but not limited to breads, pastries, viennoiserie etc.
Job Description & Requirements:
100% quality drive.
Train and coach staff on proper techniques and adherence to company recipes
Leads in bakery research and development
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Passionate about food.
Well versed in breads, and European-style pastries
Experience in luxury or high volume bakery operations required.
Salary $80,000-$95,000 USD gross negotiable based on experience, Excellent Bonus & Incentive Plan, Medical, Health, Relocation and other benefits.
