Are you an expert in Arabic cuisine?

We are looking for a skilled Head Chef, with true Arabic cuisine expertise and experience developing authentic recipes to join our Kitchens division.

As a Head Chef and Arabic cuisine expert, you will drive quality, consistency and culinary excellence in everything you do. You will improve and develop authentic recipes to be served in the Mezzah Lounge and to be purchased in the Food Hall.

You will be a great communicator and a natural leader as you will dedicate time to train our chefs to achieve the exceptional food standards for which Harrods is renowned for and bring the authenticity of your dishes to life.

Working alongside the Executive Head Chef and Operations Manager, you will assist in delivering the food division's strategy, while building strong relationship with your stakeholders in order to get everyone on board.

Previous experience in a similar environment is a must while an understanding of London food trends would be desirable.
