Description

HEAD PASTRY CHEF

We have been retained by our client a rapidly expanding and diversified Hospitality Group in Bahrain that owns a number of restaurants, requires a restaurant Head Pastry Chef for their new Restaurant/Bakery.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established restaurant group and develop a long term relationship. If you have an outgoing personality, professional and enjoy working in a guest service-focused environment this is an ideal career move.

Requirements

  • ·Opening and or pre-opening experience an asset
  • ·Must have at least 5 years of experience in a pastry kitchen.
  • ·Must have experience in French pastries/cakes/ breads
  • ·High standard of oral and written English communication
  • ·Able to manage the day to day operations of the bakery section of a kitchen

Salary/Package: up to $3,700USD/monthly negotiable, Net of Taxes, accommodation allowance, health insurance for self and family, free flight home annually for self and family, 30 days annual vacation, life insurance, transportation allowance, telephone allowance, Visa for family.
