Restaurant General Managers : California

One of the largest and fastest growing lifestyle hospitality groups who are recognized globally for their outstanding properties worldwide that include hotels, residences, restaurants and nightclubs, seeks Restaurant General Managers for three  of their popular and successful restaurant brands.

Our client wishes to hire very charismatic and self-motivated General Managers for their two restaurants; one serving fusion Japanese with a modern twist and the other one that serves Mediterranean cuisine.

This Restaurant General Managers will report to the VP of Restaurants and assist in organizing and directing their teams.  You will be required to train and develop your staff to ensure prompt, accurate and personalized service.  You will be responsible to manage these outlets to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.Current or previous experience in Restaurants like Nobu, Zuma, Jean Georges, Katsuya by Starck, Morimoto or similar well known restaurant brands in the USA will be a huge asset and will be given first preference!

Must be well educated with a minimum of 5 years management experience in an operation with revenues exceeding US$8Million annually.  You must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English, along with an excellent presentation.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background and the passion for quality and excellence. He/she will be outgoing, creative and eager to share his/her desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members.

This position offers USD up to 90k Negotiable plus bonus + benefits package, depending on experience.
