V. Hospitality are currently seeking an experienced
Spa Therapist
to join Mystic Cruises, a Portuguese cruise company dedicated to operating expeditionary cruise programs in the Antarctic and other remote locations. With a focus on offering unique experiences in an eco-friendly way, Mystic Cruises allows guests to explore the unspoiled landscapes of the frozen continent with all the comfort of a five-star cruise ship.
As Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the overall guest experience within the salon department, so the ideal candidate should be friendly, out-going and enjoy guest interaction!
You will be accountable for ensuring all assigned treatment rooms meet USPH standards, conducting treatments to a 5* level on guests, upselling products within the department and any further side duties implemented by the Spa Manager.
In addition to this, Spa Therapists should have financial awareness, be comfortable completing transactions and be cautious of product supplies and usage.
Candidates interested in this position should meet the following requirements;
→ 2+ years in a similar position
→ Luxury Hotel/Cruise Ship experience
→ Fluent in English and preferably knowledge of the German language
→ Relevant Beauty Therapy Qualification
→ Industry awareness
→ Luxury product knowledge
→ Basic Accounting skills
