WAITER / WAITRESS
Responsibilities:
Practicing GCCL values
Providing professional food and beverage service for approximately 20 to 24 persons in restaurant and lounge area
Responsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room area
Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
Relieving Restaurant Manager during his/her absence
Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
Skills/Qualifications:
Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
Cruise ship experience is a plus
Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Fluency in English
